Terms of service

Pricing: $165.00 inc GST + Shipping $25.00 per carton. For large volume orders being shipped to one delivery point, please contact office@graafimports.com for shipping costs.

Shipping: Orders will only be dispatched and shipped within Australia.

Return Policy & Faulty Goods: Graaf Imports will replace any faulty pieces within 21 days of shipping date. The item must be returned in it’s original packaging and is subject to inspection to verify if it is new and unused. Return shipping is at the cost of purchaser. Any faulty or damaged pieces will be exchanged for the identical piece. Refund and or credit is available if the item is not in stock at the time of claim.

Payment Policy: All orders purchased through Graaf Imports must be paid for at time of purchase. Should you wish to open a 30-day account for larger repeat orders please contact office@graafimports.com

Delivery: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery once funds have cleared. Freight will incur an additional cost per order. Aymsteel Pty Ltd T/A Graaf Imports will not be held responsible for any delays or problems arising from courier services. Please note that the delivery schedule may alter during peak periods, such as during sales and other holiday periods throughout the calendar year.
