All sales are final. Returns are not allowed unless product is damaged or faulty. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Graaf Imports will replace any faulty pieces within 21 days of shipping date. The item must be returned in it’s original packaging and is subject to inspection to verify if it is new and unused. Return shipping is at the cost of purchaser. Any faulty or damaged pieces will be exchanged for the identical piece. Refund and or credit is available if the item is not in stock at the time of claim.
